Bill Moores, a friend of my Grandfather Brown,  built my mother's cottage in 1958, judging from the dates my mother wrote on photographs of the cottage. The next year the Chaits visited View Point. Dr. and Mrs. Chait were friends of my parents. Dr. Chait was a partner of my father. ABC were Adams Brown Chait, anesthesiologists at Charlotte Hungerford Memorial Hospital in Torrington, Connecticut. Dr. Adams and my father met during World War II while overseas in the Medical Corp of the U. S. Army. Dad was in North Africa, Italy, France and Germany.
